Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies &
St Clements University MBA

The MBA program of St Clements University is a continuation of the South China University of Technology Postgraduate Diploma.

Admission Requirements:

A Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualifications equivalent to a Degree Level plus minimum two years management experiences, OR;
25 or above with a minimum of five years management experience.

Achievement: Dual Degree + One Qualification

An MBA Degree of St Clements University;
A Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies of the South China University of Technology;
Qualified to apply as a “China National Business Manager” awarded by The China Business Association, one of the largest business certification bodies in China.

Curriculum

Students are required to take three courses offered and conducted by Magna Education Center in which the credits earned will be transferred as part of the credits to obtain a Professional Diploma of the South China University of Technology.
The Postgraduate Diploma Course of South China University of Technology is run by the South China University of Technology at their own University campus at Guangzhou.
A) Professional Diploma in Business Studies (Offered by Magna Education Center) - 3 Months [CEF Reimbursable Course: CEF Course Code: 21F065421]

Strategic Management;
Marketing Management;
Human Resources Management.

B) Certificate in Financial Management (Offered by Magna Education Center) - 3 Months

Accounting for Managers;
Financial Management;
Business Law;
Investment.

C) Certificate in Information Management (Offered by Magna Education Center) - 6 Months

Management Information System;
Management Economics;
E-Commerce;
Quantitative Analysis;
Management Statistics;
Research Methodology.

Remark on Credit Transfer

The Professional Diploma in Business Management, the Certificate in Financial Management and the Certificate in Information Management programs are offered and conducted by Magna Education Center and the credits that obtain would be transferred as part of the Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies of the South China University of Technology. Upon completion of some modules of the Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies in Guangzhou and a thesis with a pass, students can achieve an MBA certificate from St Clements University.

Salient Features:

Course assessment is to be grade by assignments only except five modules with examinations;
Course assignments, examination and dissertation can be written in Chinese or English;
Incorporate Chinese studies with an international MBA qualification;
