Advanced Presentation Skills and Time Management with Microsoft Office 2003
Overview
In Part One, students will enhance presentations with features that will transform basic presentations into those with a powerful means of communication. Students will compare and analyze bad and good design slide samples and create professional designs.
In Part Two, students will learn advanced time management skills with Outlook and Excel, which include appointments scheduling, assigning tasks, sorting task priority and task progress management.
Students will:
- Learn do and don’t in presentation design;
- Be able to manage Colors, charts and diagrams;
- Be able to manage objects, backgrounds, special effects, animations and automatic slide show;
- Be able to schedule appointments, meetings & tasks with Outlook;
- Be able to manage task priority & progress with Excel.
Target Audience
Users have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) and want to enhance MS Office skills to deliver powerful presentation & achieve high efficiency time management.
