Q:	When was Magna Education Center established?
A:	Magna Education Center was established in 2001.

Q:	How do I get more information about the courses?
A:	You can complete the online Enquiry Form, or go to our centers, or call 2155 1800 or 2332 0330 ( Jordan Center) for enquiries.

Q:	How do I enroll in a seminar?
A:	You can fill in the online Enquiry Form and our representative will call you to make arrangements. Of course, the seminar is free.

Q:	What should I do if I need support services during class?
A:	We provide a full range of support services for our students. If you need support during class, you can contact Student Service Division on 2155 1800.

Q:	How do I apply for Continuing Education Fund (CEF) reimbursement?
A:	You should apply to CEF before the course commences. Our Student Service Division will assist you to apply, and the results will be issued about one to three weeks after you provide complete information and the required copies of supporting documents.

Q:	How does the training upgrade my career prospects?
A:	Our programs are short and intensive so that you can get the critical skills and prepare for the certifications you need to enter the job market.

Q:	What is the learning model?
A:	We provide both class lessons and workshops, and you also can enjoy our learning center and tutor advice with no time limit.

	Business Skill
Q:	What are the qualifications of tutors?
A:	Our Business Workshops are authorized by various business and academic experts, and aim to deliver updated theoretical and practical knowledge and latest trends of various functional skills that can be applied organization-wide.

	Language Training
Q:	What are the qualifications of your teachers?
A:	Our teachers are qualified and registered by the Education and Manpower Bureau Teachers Registration Section. They will teach the class in their native language.

Q:	Which benchmark examination should be taken by the CEF or WEC applicant?
A:	According to the rules, applicants studying language courses are required to pass or attain the minimum benchmark of the specified benchmark test / examination. We will suggest the specified benchmark examination(s) that you should take based on your course level and content.

A:	Yes, our consultant will visit your company to discus your needs and fulfill your specific training requirements.

Q:	Does the rental fee cover all equipment charges?
